I use an app called ‘Brightwheel’ to communicate and accept payments for my parents. When you sign up with me, I send a text with a link for the app. All payments are due on the Friday prior to the week of care and are handled through the app. The app also allows me to communicate with parents throughout the day. I log diaper changes, potty breaks, meals, and I upload photos throughout the day.
